MYSTERY PARTY SUMMER ART CAMP
At The Imagination Studio
Imagine this…
You open the studio door, say goodbye to your child only to find that your child has a brand new name. She is no longer Audrey, the sweet adorable Audrey- no no, she is, in fact, Miss Viola Steadfast, a storybook writer who has a secret passion for pickling cabbages and is always plotting for justice against Vermilda Vanearshot, a disturbingly polite but conniving scheme・stress. And then there is Freddie Faes, a nice young chap, who, [bless his soul] has no idea at this point in time he committed a crime! This is where your child’s story begins.
The Mystery Party Summer Art Camp is very much like a murder mystery party- without the murder, because #kidfriendly. That’s not to say something bad doesn’t happen. Each studio camper will learn all about their designated character and will be guided through prompts to help them solve the mystery at hand! The mystery is set in a specific time/era and studio campers will all act out their characters traits, habits and behaviours. Campers will work together to solve the mystery during the camp because teamwork really does make the dream work. Clues concealed in envelopes will be given at specific times for these young characters to absorb. This camp will have your kids unbelievably eager to come back to the studio day after day and will be a real highlight of their summer!
In and amongst the mystery party playing [ps your kids will be encouraged to compile a make-shift costume so they can really get into their role] will be mystery activities, secret codes to solve, detective work to be done and of course art-making!
This is THE MOST imaginative camp offered this year and will definitely have your kids feeling like super eager beavers wanting nothing more than to come back to solve the mystery at their favourite art studio.
