Where drawing, painting and imagination mingle
THIS ART CAMP IS SERIES OF COLOURFUL ART LESSONS AND IMAGINATIVE PROJECT INVITATIONS THAT WILL INSPIRE STUDENTS TO SEE THE WORLD AROUND THEM THROUGH THE EYES OF AN ARTIST.
the elements of illustration inspired by woodland creatures
Join me for a summer art adventure in illustration at The Imagination Studio! In this camp students will learn how to draw and paint the most adorable woodland animal characters and discover the magic of gouache paint as the base for our illustrations. This special opaque watercolour will allow us to add details in pencil crayon and work in layers on paper. This summer art camp is packed with cute and quirky creatures waiting to come to life! Students in this camp will use small pieces of artist-quality watercolour paper to create a collection of woodland inspired illustrations which will travel home with you in a beautiful handcrafted portfolio envelope at the end of camp. Students will also enjoy an art lesson dedicated entirely to backgrounds so they can imagine a creative landscape and distinguish between the importance of characters and their setting. This camp celebrates the magical feeling of drawing and painting paired so perfectly together.
Parents please join us on the last day of camp for our summer camp Art Show. Your kiddos will have their artworks on display for you to see and celebrate their artistic achievements.
Students will leave with not only beautiful portfolio of art- but also total confidence only an art class at The Imagination Studio can bring. Summer Art Camps at The Imagination Studio carve out a special kind of creative magic for your kids.
DATES: MONDAY-THURSDAY JULY 21-24, 2025 (4 Days)
INVESTMENT: Early bird (registration opens February 1- March 31, 2025) $460 + HST. Later bird (register April 1-June 15, 2025) $495 + HST
CAMP HOURS: 9AM-3:00PM *Studio doors open at 8:55am. *Thursday is an early pick up day to accommodate our art show! Parents are invited to come celebrate their child/children’s artwork in the studio anytime from 2PM-2:45PM. Studio doors close and camp ends at 3PM.
LOCATION: The Imagination Studio, 186 Marsh Street, Clarksburg, ON.

STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DAILY:
A BACKPACK WITH…
★ a litter-less lunch + snacks
★ full large water bottle
★ comfy shoes
★ art friendly clothes (oil paint does not wash out)
★ outdoor gear appropriate for the weather
★ a curiosity to learn
★ sun protection
★ backpack to carry gear
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AFTER REGISTRATION. PLEASE NOTE A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REFUNDS WITHIN THIS TIME. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE 7 DAY BOOKING PERIOD. IF BOOKING FOR SUMMER CAMP, ANY BOOKINGS RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 1ST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THE 7 DAY GRACE PERIOD IS VOID. THIS IS TOO CLOSE TO CAMP START DATES AND CONSIDERED LAST MINUTE BOOKING FOR US. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE 7 DAY BOOKING PERIOD, AND NO ADJUSTMENTS, CREDITS FOR FUTURE SERVICES OR POSTPONEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLED, MISSED OR PARTIALLY ATTENDED CLASSES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK OR IF THERE ARE SCHEDULE CONFLICTS. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR CHILD’S CAMP ATTENDANCE/COMMITMENT: PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO THE IMAGINATION STUDIO OUTLINING THAT YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ATTENDING. CANCELLATIONS THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS INCLUDING THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR GOOGLE CALENDARS ARE NOT VALID. IF YOUR CHILD IS UNABLE TO ATTEND CAMP AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER YOUR CHILD’S SPOT TO A KNOWN FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER YOU MAY SUBMIT BY E-MAIL TO THE IMAGINATION STUDIO A REQUEST TO TRANSFER YOUR CHILD’S SPOT BY NO LESS THAN JUNE 1ST OF THAT PROGRAM YEAR. REQUESTS SUBMITTED AFTER JUNE 1ST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT REQUESTS FOR TRANSFERS (BEFORE JUNE 1ST) DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CHILD’S SPOT WILL BE FILLED AND THAT THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT APPLIES FOR ALL BOOKINGS, REGARDLESS OF CAMP TRANSFERS IF YOUR CHILD’S SPOT IS FILLED. WHILE WE DO OUR BEST, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT WAITLISTS OR OUR CAPACITY TO TEND TO YOUR CAMP CANCELLATION REQUESTS. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT REQUESTS FOR TRANSFERS ARE SUBJECT TO ADMIN AVAILABILITY. YOU MUST REQUEST A CAMP TRANSFER FORM BY EMAIL FOR ANY VALID INQUIRIES. TRANSFERS WITHOUT THE PROPER REGISTRATION FORMS FORM FILLED OUT IN ADVANCE OF CAMP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. TRANSFER FORMS AND NEW CAMP REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT BY THE PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS OF PARTICIPANTS OF THE NEW PARTICIPANT.
