This kit teaches you how to make one of the oldest most treasured textile dyes using plant based indigo (grown in California). You will learn how to make your very own indigo vat (dye bath) so you can twist, tie and wrap your Shibori kimono design. You’ll have indigo to spare so feel free to give new life to dusty or tired linens you have kicking’ around. This workshop was a smash hit at the studio in 2019. Ideal ages 16+
