KIDS FLORAL ARRANGING CLASS
MOTHER’S DAY FLOWERS MADE WITH LOVE
This Mother’s Day, your kids are invited to spend time in the studio making a beautiful floral arrangement for Mother’s Day with Rachel Kwan from Euclid Design Co. Student’s will experience an introduction to the "form" + design principles and discover different ways to pick colours, learn how to establish a "line" within their arrangement, and understand the subtle notions of depth. This is so much more than simply placing some flowers in a vase. Students will “shop” the buckets of flowers and choose what they like. After floral arranging students will then make a Mother’s Day card using watercolour paints. We know you will love your flowers and your kids will be so excited to share their heartfelt art with you.
ABOUT EUCLID DESIGN CO
Rachel Kwan is a local Grey County floral designer who focuses on using flowers to help people share their love and joy with one another. She provides event flowers for weddings and other celebrations during the spring, summer, and fall. In the winter, she provides flowers on a subscription basis to bring a little colour and beauty during the gloomy months. Rachel believes that floral design is an artistic practice that can be accessible and enjoyed by people of all ages and creative ability.
