WE created this party because we know KIDS LOVE PAINTING WITH WATERCOLOURS! VIBRANT, SMOOTH AND FULL OF POSSIBILITY, THIS PARTY IS FUN FOR KIDS WHO LOVE TO PAINT. Combined with a colourful drawing element, this party lets kids create a one-of-a-kind wax resist painting WITH OUR VIVID WATERCOLOURS AND ARTIST QUALITY WATERCOLOUR PAPER.

PARTY FAQ’S
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE PARTY?
If you like, bring cake, snacks and drinks. You will also need to bring cutlery and paper plates and cups for any food or drinks you bring into the studio. Other optional things to bring include loot bags for your party guests, a camera to capture the memories
WHAT NOT TO BRING?
Please do not bring any alcohol into the studio. Absolutely no confetti! Pets are also not allowed at birthday parties.
CAN I ADD MORE TIME TO MY CHILD’S PARTY?
No, we do not extend our birthday party times. The length of time you’ve booked is perfect for our space and designed specifically to create more joy and less overwhelm.
CAN PARENTS STAY AT THE PARTY?
Let’s specify who we are taking about:
Host Parents are the parents or caregivers who have booked the party for their child. We require a minimum of 1 parent/caregiver to be present at your child’s birthday party. We allow up to 2 parents/caregivers to be present during the party. Any additional guests are considered “party guests” and contribute to the total guest count of your party, wether or not they choose to participate in the birthday party studio activity.
Party Guest Parents are expected to drop off their children during the party and pick their children up when the party is over unless you, the Host Parent has made other arrangements with them. Please remember we know how parties work best in our studio.
HOW DO I GET MY DIGITAL INVITE?
We design a custom digital invite specifically for your party! And they are cool! We will email you a digital invite so you can send it to your party guests. We do not send the invites for you. You can also print off your digital invites using the file we send you.
WHERE DO WE PARK?
There is street parking on Marsh Street (downtown) Clarksburg. There is also a parking lot by Lion’s Park as well.
DO WE NEED TABLE CLOTHS?
The studio tables are covered in well loved drop cloths (unless you have booked a Slime Birthday Party, in which the tables will be bare). It is up to you if you want table cloths for the party.
IS THERE DRINKING WATER AT THE STUDIO? #ITSCLARKSBURG
We suggest you bring bottled water for your guests as the studio is on a well and water is not suitable for drinking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PARTY GUEST ARRIVES LATE?
If a party guest is late upon arrival they can join in the party at whichever stage the party is at. Please note we cannot give them extra time to finish their art or birthday party studio activity. If they have missed part of the activity they will be guided to jump in at whatever stage the party is at. We do not stall or wait until all guests arrive.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PARENT IS LATE PICKING UP THEIR PARTY GUEST?
If a parent is late picking up their child, it is up to the Host Parent to stay with that child or for the host parent to make arrangements with the guest’s parents. We will not keep the studio open to accommodate lateness. All guests are expected to leave the studio when the party time is over.
CAN I BRING NUTS INTO THE STUDIO?
Please note that all birthday party food must be nut-free. It is up to the Host Parent to connect with guest’s about allergies or food considerations or sensitivities.
PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO IS A SHOES OFF SPACE…
Please have your guests take off their shoes in the Art Hhop. Please also make sure parents picking up their kids stay in the art shop to swiftly pick up their child. We do not want Party Guest Parents walking through the studio with their outdoor shoes to collect their child. Pick up and drop off should be swift and focused.
CAN WE CHANGE OUR PARTY THEME?
No. Please take time to review our party options with your child and pick the one they love the most.
CAN I ADD FACE PAINTING OR GLITTER CHEEKS TO THE CLASSIC BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE?
No. To keep our bookings organized we do not mix and match our party packages.
WHAT ARE GLITTER CHEEKS?
Glitter Cheeks are so beautiful and are a fast and fun way to connect your partyy guests. We simply add some cosmetic glitter to your party guests cheeks so they can shimmer and shine and feel extra special!
CAN MY CHILD PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT FOR FACE PAINTING?
Our Face Painting offers our beautiful rainbow design that we are known for. This design is beautiful, bright, sparkly, and gender neutral. This design works within the party time. Your arty guests will have different rainbow colour choices to choose from.
DO WE NEED TO BUY LOOT BAGS?
Loot bags are totally up to you. Remember, each guest will bring home something from their studio art or science experience, so for some, that feels like enough. If you love to send your party guests home with some swag, you can totally do that too!
WHAT IF A PARTY GUEST HAS SERIOUS ALLERGIES?
It’s your duty as the Host Parent to inform us at the studio in advance if there is a serious allergy to consider. We are not a latex-free or nut-free space all the time. If there is a serious allergy, we need to know at least 7 days of the party date. We will never be able to guarantee we are an allergy free environment.
WHAT IF I BOOK A PARTY AND LESS KIDS COME, CAN I DOWNSIZE TO THE SMALLER PARTY PACKAGE?
No. That is beyond our control and doesn’t align with what you originally booked.
DO YOU CANCEL A PARTY IF THERE IS A SNOW STORM?
Because everyone has a different understanding of bad weather, parties will only be cancelled if the roads are closed.

REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AFTER REGISTRATION. PLEASE NOTE A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REFUNDS WITHIN THIS TIME. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE 7 DAY BOOKING PERIOD. IF YOUR PARTY IS BOOKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PARTY DATE, REFUNDS ARE UNAVAILABLE. NO ADJUSTMENTS, CREDITS FOR FUTURE SERVICES OR POSTPONEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLED, MISSED OR PARTIALLY ATTENDED PARTIES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK OR IF THERE ARE SCHEDULE CONFLICTS.
