FALL 2024

5 WEEK SESSION

Flashback to the imaginations of yesteryear, this is a very SPECIAL SPOOKY RETRO THEME series of drawing classes that include tasting notes of nostalgia from the 80’s and early 90’s, when drawings and illustrations really honed in on that hand-drawn vibe. Your kids will literally love these guided drawing classes full of bats, spiders, broomsticks and of course the witch! Each week we chip away at the composition together and students will explore the use of different drawing media, including pencil, liquid ink, marker and charcoal.

Students will finish on a high note and leave the course with a stunning nostalgic drawing that ties seamlessly with the season.

All niche and artist quality supplies are included in this course.

Drawing experience is not necessary in this class. Students will leave with not only a beautiful drawing but a total confidence only an art class at The Imagination Studio can bring.

DATES:

Class 1: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2024.

Class 2: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2024.

Class 3: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2024.

Class 4: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2024.

Class 5: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2024.

Make-up class: TUESDAY OCTOBER 29, 2024. Students who miss more than 1 class do so at their own loss.


INVESTMENT: 6 WEEK SESSION $325+ HST *includes drawing substrates, guided instruction and studio time.

STUDIO TIME: 3:30PM-5:00PM

AGES 6+ If you have a serious 5 year old keen to draw, I will accept them into the program.

LOCATION: THE IMAGINATION STUDIO, 186 MARSH STREET, CLARKSBURG

Please note, our studio pup Opal will be present for camp days. Please email if you have any questions before registering.

NOTE

These are not draw-whatever-you-want classes. These are guided lessons which teach and build a foundation in drawing. Much like learning how to play the piano, these classes teach essential skills to give kids tools in enrich their fine art practice. Students are expected to participate in the lesson. You can draw what you like at home.

REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE 7 DAY BOOKING PERIOD. NO ADJUSTMENTS, CREDITS FOR FUTURE SERVICES OR POSTPONEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLED, MISSED OR PARTIALLY ATTENDED CLASSES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK OR IF THERE ARE SCHEDULE CONFLICTS.
